The Mediation Board is established to guide bidder relations in the following:

  • to ensure direct dialogue between the Company and bidders;
  • to resolve conflicts with Bidders arising in the pre-qualification process, disqualification and bidding procedures, including technical appraisal and selection of product sample suppliers for pilot-scale tests of such products.

The functions of the Mediation Board include, but are not limited to:

  • investigation of Bidders’ complaints regarding their pre-qualification process;
  • investigation of Bidders’ complaints regarding the successful bidder selection process including the selection of product sample suppliers for pilot-scale tests and technical appraisal;
  • investigation of Bidders’ complaints regarding their disqualification;

It should be noted that the Mediation Board is not responsible for settling disputes concerning contract execution.

Should any questions arise that require settlement and fall under the Mediation Board functions, please file a complaint in the prescribed form and submit it to mediation-board@polyus.com
COMPLAINT FORM

Complaints not filed in the prescribed form, anonymous or unsigned complaints, complaints with no reference to breaches in the terms of specific bidding procedures or terms specified in the invitation for bidding (including Request for Proposal) shall not be accepted for review.
